Bad communication

Never got there. Was phoning them for a day literally non stop as an emergency. Nobody picks up the phone. Tragic for a company this size to have no service. Phoned booking line and somebody picked up straight away. Couldn’t direct me but shows they will pick up phone to take your money but not to answer questions

As a hotel for pre flight, the Ibis is great. The rooms are tidy, large enough for two with luggage Cold breakfasts run from 4am and cooked breakfast start at 6.00am. £12 per person or £10 per person if buying at check in. If you sign up for their reward program you’ll get a free drink from the bar. We had an evening meal and it was perfectly adequate, no complaints on temperature, quantity, quality or speed of service. Checkout was 12 noon so there’s no rush to leave. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely use again.

Stayed here as a park and ride deal as our flight from Egypt was a late arrival and we had an hour and a half drive home. Check in ok, not a warm welcome but it was late! Our room on the third floor was tired , carpet dirty and we seemed to be near a plant room and the noise was a constant hum which carried on continually, it felt like the bed was vibrating! Had about 3 hours sleep!! To be honest I wish we hadn’t bothered. Bathroom was clean and actually nicer than the bedroom. When we went downstairs for breakfast apparently we were not booked for this until I got out our printed confirmation! Breakfast was ok, buffet style and not hot but it was ok. Not stayed with Ibis before and not sure we would again disappointing experience. Not sure if hotel was full but this room number 360 should be the last room let due to proximity to plant room and its noise, which prevents a good nights sleep. The reason you stay!

We arrived having made a miatake with our booking. Rodrigo on reception was reassuring and efficient and fixed the issue smoothly. The bar staff were polite, helpful and efficient making for a lovely welcoming vibe. Thank you for this after a long difficult day.

Room clean and tidy although cold. Have had the heater on all night but still no warmer. Very basic room and could do with re decorating but overall a comfortable room with comfy bed. Breakfast was good. The hot breakfast selection very tasty with delicious sausages. Unfortunately some of the items were not restocked and I had to ask for more apple juice and ketchup. Staff were very good though and got it straight away. Easy check in procedure. Would use again.
